Axes require special care.
●When not in use, store axe and leather sheaths separately because leather
does absorb moisture and can rust your blade. Tanning salts and acids
present in the leather can rust or tarnish steel. Keep leather sheaths limber
with leather preservative or mink oil.
● Axes require special care. Keep the locking device on hunting models
clean and free from debris. An occasional drop of light oil at each joint will
assure smooth blade action in opening and closing.
Our axes can be customised to your demanding needs with elaborate wood carvings and personalised etching like family crests or any symbol you desire. Our process to create your custom design can be long due to our demanding quality standards that will bring you a product you will be happy with forever and create others for your family, or workshop. Each axe is accompanied by a natural leather sheath hand made to fit each axe shape.
